Approved Hospice Waiver

Solvita Residential Care, Inc. accepts residents with approved hospice waivers to receive patient care and spend their end-of-life care at our residential home. Our home provides round-the-clock assistance. We will work collaboratively with your hospice care provider to ensure your loved one’s needs are met accordingly without duplicating services.
